Personal Data: We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number unless you voluntarily provide it to us (e.g., when contacting support).

Document Data: The App processes documents you scan or import. These documents are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your documents unless you explicitly share them with us for support purposes.

Information from Third-Party Services: If you choose to link the App to your Google Drive account for backup purposes, we will access your Google Drive to upload and download specific files related to the App. We do not access other files in your Google Drive. We store this authentication token locally on your device.

2. Use of Your Information

We use the information we collect primarily to provide, maintain, and improve the App. Specifically:

  • To enable the document scanning and signing functionality.
  • To facilitate the backup and sync of your documents to your own Google Drive account.
  • To respond to your comments and questions (customer support).

3. Google User Data

If you connect the App to your Google account:

Access: The App will have access to the specific folders or files it creates in your Google Drive, as well as files you explicitly select to import.
Use: This access is strictly used to perform the backup and restore functions you initiate.
Storage: We do not store your Google credentials on our servers. Authentication is handled directly with Google, and tokens are stored securely on your device.
Sharing: We do not share your Google User Data with any third parties, including for advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention

All documents created or imported into the App are stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, this data may be lost unless you have enabled cloud backup.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.
